Added new sounds for overspeed and stall.
Interior reverse sound plays for longer.

A very small number of folks have been getting problems recently with the sound files for all the models.
I finally managed to find something in the sound.cfg files that could theoretically cause a problem with less tollerant sound drivers. May or may not work, but it's not going to do any harm.
